Carrie Konyha <\/strong>
Founder and Artistic Director of the Lotus School of Bellydance, Carrie Konyha is a multi-award-winning bellydancer, choreographer, and instructor with nearly 30 years immersed in Middle Eastern dance. Known for her authentic style, artistic expression, and powerful stage presence, Carrie has performed across the U.S. and internationally, including Egypt and Dubai, sharing the stage with world-renowned musicians and dancers.

With 35+ years of dedicated training, Carrie\u2019s dance journey spans the rich traditions of Middle Eastern dance and beyond. Her formal studies include Classical Egyptian\u00a0Raqs Sharqi<\/strong>, Turkish bellydance, and a variety of Gypsy dance dialects (Turkish Rom, Ghawazee, Banjara), along with American Tribal Style and folkloric dances of North Africa. She has also studied Bharata Natyam, ballet, modern dance, gymnastics, and meditative movement practices, weaving these influences into her unique artistic voice. <Learn More><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sara Krevoy<\/strong>
Sara Krevoy is a lifelong movement artist and athlete, exploring the world and her inner landscape through every form of movement she could get her hands on\u2014from sports and dance to martial arts, yoga, and more. Each discipline has taught her something profound about strength, intuition, joy, and the deeper currents that shape her essence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using movement as both a mirror and a portal for transformation, Sara\u2019s path has been one of constant discovery. Today, she weaves these experiences into her teaching, creating spaces where students can explore their own bodies, emotions, and power with curiosity and freedom.
