Level 2 Classical Bellydance: Technique & Musicality

Designed for intermediate and experienced dancers, This Summer mini-series focuses on refining the artistry of classical bellydance. Deepen your technique through focused work on alignment, movement quality, layering, rhythmic precision, and musical interpretation. Explore how technique and musicality come together to create a dance that is expressive, dynamic, and uniquely your own. Class duration: 75 minutes

Prerequisite: A solid foundation in beginner-level belly dance technique. This class is not intended for beginning students.

Slow Flow Yoga 
Fall/ Winter Series –

This mindful Vinyasa practice links movement with breath at a relaxed, intentional pace, allowing time to fully experience each posture while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and embodied awareness.
With longer holds, gentle transitions, deep stretching, and attention to healthy alignment, Slow Flow Yoga offers a grounding yet revitalizing practice that supports greater mobility, releases tension, and leaves you feeling centered, open, and renewed. All levels welcome.

Beginners Bellydance Foundations

Discover the beauty, joy, and artistry of bellydance in a welcoming class designed for complete beginners or dancers looking to refresh their foundational skills. No previous dance experience is necessary.

Students will learn essential bellydance technique including posture and alignment, isolations, traveling steps, foundational movements, and simple dance combinations. Along the way, you’ll also be introduced to the rich history, cultural context, and artistry of bellydance while building coordination, body awareness, confidence, and a strong foundation for continued growth as a dancer.

Feminine Fire

Awaken your feminine energy, ignite your inner fire, and come alive through the power of movement. Feminine Fire is an empowering movement journey blending elements of Goddess Yoga, Kriya, bellydance, breathwork, ritual, and expressive movement to cultivate sensuality, strength, confidence, and authentic embodiment.

Together, we shake our hips, open our hearts, connect with our bodies, and celebrate the magic of women moving in community. Through fluid movement, energetic practices, and soulful self-expression, you’ll be invited to release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your feminine essence, and move with greater freedom and joy.

Feminine Fire is a space to move, connect, express, and celebrate yourself—exactly as you are. No dance experience necessary.

Bellydance Flow & Fitness

More than just a workout, Bellydance Flow & Fitness is an invitation to reconnect with your body, awaken your feminine expression, and experience the joy, confidence, and vitality that dance can bring.
This All-Levels class is a joyful, full-body movement experience blending the beauty of bellydance with strength, conditioning, flexibility, and flow. Each class combines warm-ups, bellydance isolation drills, ballet-inspired barre work, graceful arms, fluid and percussive movements, follow-along Classical and Tribal Bellydance combinations, and energizing shimmy drills. Class finishes with Pilates-inspired core strengthening and a yoga-based flexibility cool-down.
Perfect for both dancers looking to strengthen their technique and conditioning and anyone seeking a fun, low-impact dance fitness experience. 

Becoming the Dance – Bellydance Artistry & Expression, Improvisation
Fall/ Winter Series –  Sept 9 – Dec 9 – 6:45p (Instructor: Carrie)

Move beyond simply learning steps and discover the freedom of truly dancing the music. This beyond-beginner series explores the art of bellydance improvisation, teaching you how to listen, respond, and make confident movement choices in the moment while developing your own unique expression and artistry.
Through guided improvisation, musical interpretation, rhythm work, and exploration of classical bellydance structure—from entrances and taqsim to baladi, folkloric sections, drum solos, and finales—you’ll gain the skills and confidence to let go of choreography, trust your body, and become the dance.

Tribal Bellydance Level 2: Cues, Transitions & Formations

Strengthen your confidence and fluency in tribal improvisation as we explore the cues, transitions, and formations that create seamless, dynamic group dance. This summer mini-series is designed to help you deepen musicality, sharpen group awareness, and dance with greater connection, precision, and ease. Perfect for dancers with a foundation in tribal bellydance who want to elevate their improvisational skills. Class Duration 1hr

Prerequisite: A solid foundation in beginner-level Tribal belly dance technique. This class is not intended for beginning students.

Tribal Bellydance Level 3: Performance Skills & Improvisation Drills
Summer Min-Series – July 16 thru Aug 27 6:45pm(Instructor: Carrie)
Fall/Winter Series – Sept 10-Dec 10, 6:45p (Instructor: Carrie)

Designed for experienced tribal dancers, this summer mini-series strengthens the skills that create confident, polished group performances. Through focused drills, dynamic combinations, formations, transitions, musicality, and stagecraft, you’ll refine precision, timing, group awareness, and performance presence while building greater confidence dancing as an ensemble. Class Duration 75 minutes

Prerequisite: Previous tribal improvisation experience. Classes build progressively and are intended for intermediate and higher-level dancers who want to perform in our Tribal performance group. This is a performance preparation class that does include learning choreography in addition to improvisational skills.
