Class Cancellation Policy – Soul Star Studio

We value your commitment to your dance and wellness journey and strive to keep our classes running smoothly for everyone. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Group ClasseS

Advance Registration Required: To ensure space, all group classes must be reserved in advance. Once you purchase your class package, you can reserve your spot and un-book yourself in classes many weeks in advance

Class Packages: May be used for all weekly group classes. Not valid for special events or workshops. Class Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please register responsibly.

Cancellations: You may cancel up to 8 hours before class without penalty.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 8 hours of class start time or do not attend, the class credit will be forfeited.

As an intimate, locally owned boutique studio, offering our students each a premium personalized experience, each space in our classes is truly special to us. We do our best to make sure every spot is filled with dancers ready to connect, grow, and share in the magic of our community. 

*All classes are subject to be cancelled or substituted. You will be refunded and not be charged a cancellation fee if a class is cancelled by the studio.
